Meet Chris & Alissa

We’re Chris and Alissa. Partners in life, in real estate, and in raising two amazing kids. We’ve been working side by side since before launching our company in 2011, and when we say we do this together, we mean it.

Born and raised north of Boston, we now live in Newbury with our kids, Alissa’s parents, our dog Misty, and a bearded dragon named Candy Cane. We started with simple flips and grew into full-scale development—gut renovations, new builds, and high-efficiency townhomes.

We’ve had wins and a few tough lessons, but through it all, we’ve stayed focused on care, hustle, and doing things the right way. Chris brings the technical and construction expertise. Alissa finds the deals and designs what buyers want. We complement each other and push each other to be better.
